At Studio Solé, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our estimated delivery time is 1–10 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before completing your order. Studio Solé cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your Studio Solé order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use may not be accepted for return.
To request a return, please contact us by email with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
